Why we use your data

• To create, store, and display your account, documents, and workspace data.
• To provide AI generation and editing features that you explicitly request.
• To process subscriptions, billing, payment status, and access to paid features.
• To send reminders, service emails, and other account-related communications.
• To secure the platform, improve reliability, and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.

Third-party services and processors

NordApply uses selected third-party providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to provide their specific functions.

• Stripe for payments, subscriptions, and billing management.
• Supabase for database hosting, storage, authentication, and platform infrastructure.
• OpenAI for AI processing and content generation requested by the user.
• Resend for email delivery and reminders.
• Google if you choose to connect Google Calendar for calendar syncing.

AI processing disclosure

When you use AI features, relevant content such as CV text, job descriptions, profile data, and document drafts may be processed by AI providers in order to generate the requested output.

We aim to send only the information needed for the requested feature, but you remain responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before using it.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service to you.

If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable time unless retention is required for legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

Your rights and choices

• You can update account details and documents within the product.
• You can export your data using available account export tools.
• You can delete your account or request data removal.
• Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including authentication controls, access restrictions, and encryption where appropriate.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information in a manner consistent with a modern SaaS product.
