NordApply is a SaaS platform for job seekers that provides AI-assisted CV tailoring, cover letter generation, interview preparation, job tracking, document management, and reminders.

The service may include free features, subscription-based premium features, and optional third-party integrations such as Stripe for billing and Google Calendar for calendar syncing.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current information for your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if you become aware of a security incident.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

If you cancel your subscription, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Pricing, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout or in the Stripe Billing Portal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Billing Portal.
• If a payment fails, we may limit access to premium features until the billing status is resolved.

Free tier and usage limits

NordApply may offer a free tier with limited AI usage and a paid tier with higher or unlimited access to certain features.

Current free limits, premium entitlements, and usage rules are described in the product and may change over time.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, abuse APIs, interfere with service operations, or overload the platform.
• You may not scrape, copy at scale, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit NordApply without our written permission.
• You may not use the service to create content that infringes third-party rights or supports harassment, abuse, or illegal conduct.

AI-assisted content disclaimer

NordApply uses AI to help you create and improve job application materials. AI-generated content may contain mistakes, omissions, or wording that is not appropriate for every role or employer.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you submit to employers.

Availability and service changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every user's expectations or hiring goals.

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features in order to improve the product, meet legal obligations, or protect NordApply and its users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NordApply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

NordApply is also not responsible for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or third-party actions based on content created, stored, or exported through the service.

Termination and suspension

You may stop using NordApply at any time and may cancel your subscription through the available account and billing tools.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, create security or legal risk, or harm other users or the platform.
